Court
In all misdemeanor DUI cases you will NOT have to go to court if you are represented by a licensed attorney.
In California, you can motion the Court to expunge your conviction (clear your record). Don't try to do this too early. You should wait until you have successfully completed probation and can show the Court how well you have done.
