Kirk Elliott graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 1988. He obtained his BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara in March 1985. Kirk is a very successful San Francisco DUI Lawyer practicing the Bay area.
Mr. Elliott is a member of American Trial Lawyers of America, California Consumer Attorneys, Santa Clara County Bar Association, Santa Clara County Trail Lawyers Association, Santa Clara County Criminal Defense Bar, California DUI Lawyers Association Specialist, California Public Defenders Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Elliott is also a judge ProTem in the Santa Clara County Superior Court.
At University of California at Santa Barbara, Mr. Elliott was a participant in the Capitol Hill Program, serving as Legislative Intern to Congresswoman, now Senator, Olympia J. Snowe, 2nd District, Maine (1982).
Mr. Elliott was admitted to the California State Bar in 1989 and shortly thereafter took the position of associate attorney at James Roberts & Associates. In 1991, Kirk Elliott became a full-partner and President in Roberts & Elliott.
Roberts and Elliott were recently named "One of the Top 300 Lawyers" in the Silicon Valley by San Jose Magazine.
