UNDER-21 DUI PROGRAM AS CONDITION OF PROBATION
§ 23514. Under-21 DUI Program as Condition of Probation;
Sobriety Requirement.
(a) If you get an under-21 DUI with a blood alcohol content of .05 or greater and are granted probation, you may be ordered to attend a DUI program.
(b) Under-21 violators can be given preference for DUI programs over those over 21.
(c) You can be ordered by the court not to consume any alcoholic beverage before you are 21; the court can also order you not to use illegal drugs.
