REVOCATION OF DRIVER’S LICENSE FOR MULTIPLE CONVICTIONS
§ 13350. Revocation of Driving Privileges for Specific Convictions
(a) The DMV can revoke your driver’s license for any of the following convictions:
(1) Hit and run that resulted in death or injury.
(2) Use of a vehicle while committing a felony.
(3) Reckless driving that causes injury.
(b) If you are convicted of DUI, the court can make you sign an acknowledgement that you understand your driving privileges have been revoked because you are a continuing (“habitual”) offender.
(c) The revocation for being a continuing offender lasts for one year from the time of the revocation.
